At Courges & cie, we live in harmony with the seasons, and the sugaring-off season is no exception. From March 8 to April 28 (Friday to Sunday), our à la carte menu gives way to our sugar season menu.

Our chef, Florence, invites you to come discover our innovative menu where tradition and gastronomy meet. In a sharing-style format, we offer you a country-style meal at the farm, focusing on the quality and authenticity of products from our farm and our beautiful region.
